My Assistant

My Assistant is a personal, single-user productivity tool built and used by one person (Simon Aulin) to run his own company. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

What it does

With Simon's own Google account and explicit consent, the tool reads his Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Docs and Sheets, and the public YouTube Data API. It uses that data to prepare a daily briefing for him (important mail, today's calendar, news and video summaries) and to save email drafts for his review. It never sends mail or changes anything on his behalf without his explicit confirmation.

Where the data goes

Google data is processed on Simon's own computer and stored only in his private notes and reports. It is not shared, sold, published or used for advertising, and it is not used to train AI models.
