Privacy Policy

My Assistant is a personal tool operated by Simon Aulin ("I") for my own use. This policy describes how it handles Google user data.

Data accessed

After I sign in with my own Google account and grant consent, the app accesses: Gmail (read mail and labels, create drafts), Google Calendar (read events), Google Drive, Docs and Sheets (read files I choose), and the YouTube Data API (public data). No other person's Google account is connected.

Use of data

Data is used only to provide features to me: a daily briefing, deadline overviews and draft replies for my review. Nothing is sent, deleted or published without my explicit confirmation.

Storage and sharing

Data is processed and stored on my own devices and in my private notes. Access tokens are stored locally and are never committed or shared. I do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties, and I do not use it for advertising. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Text may be processed by an AI assistant I operate for my own tasks, under that provider's terms, and only for my own requests.

Retention and deletion

I keep data only as long as I need it and can delete it at any time. I can revoke the app's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which invalidates the stored tokens.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
